Shamrock Realty Group was founded in 2018 with a focus on residential multifamily properties in off campus neighborhoods of premier colleges. Our first project was the Golden View Townhomes development on Notre Dame Avenue in South Bend, IN. Following in the footsteps of the Eddy Street Commons development, the corridor south of campus became fertile with opportunity. The neighborhood has been a focus of Shamrock’s ever since.
